What are typical minimum order quantities and lead times?
Our typical MOQs run 100–500 units depending on the item. Pre-production samples typically take 3–7 days, and full production 10–20 days after sample approval. For a show eight weeks out, you have comfortable margin — including a revision round.
Can I see and approve quality before the full run?
Yes — every swag order we run includes a physical pre-production sample step, shipped to you or photographed/videoed in detail if timelines are tight. Logo color accuracy (Pantone matching) is confirmed at the sample stage, which is exactly the step that goes wrong when ordering blind from a marketplace.
Why produce locally instead of shipping swag from home?
Imported giveaways can attract customs duties, and a stuck shipment means an empty booth. Producing in-market removes freight time and customs risk, and lets you order closer to the show once attendance numbers firm up.
Can you turn our brand into its own collectible character?
Yes — it's our favorite brief. We design an original mascot or art-toy figure for your brand, produce it as blind-box figures, plush, or charm sets, and stage the drop at your booth with limited runs and tiered rarities — the queue becomes its own marketing. Original characters only: we design yours from scratch rather than copying existing IP, so your collectible is yours to keep using after the show.
