Yatai Works is a full-service expo partner: our own project team, with vetted local crews and workshops in every launch city. You send one request; we design, quote, build, and run your booth end to end — one contract, in English.
1 · Tell us about your show
Browse services, markets, and shows, then send one four-minute request covering everything from the booth to the flowers. No account needed; quotes are free.
2 · We spec and quote
Within 2–3 business days a project lead replies with sharpening questions, followed by an itemized, all-in quote — venue utilities, drayage, and compliance included.
3 · We build and run it
Our crews fabricate, install, style, and staff your booth, and a bilingual project lead stays on site through the show. One agreement with Yatai Works covers all of it.

What does it cost?
Quotes are free and carry no obligation. You pay the quoted all-in project price only when you engage us — itemized, benchmarkable, and with no on-site surprises.
Who do I actually contract with?
With Yatai Works, under one English-language agreement covering the whole project. One accountable counterparty, one invoice — no chasing five suppliers across three time zones.
Who actually does the work?
A Yatai Works project lead runs every job, delivered by our own team plus vetted local crews and workshops — builders, florists, printers, staffing pools — that we work with week in, week out. We stand behind all of it under one agreement.
What if my city or show isn't listed?
Ask anyway. The listed markets are where our crews run deepest, but we deliver across Asia through our regional network, typically confirming feasibility within 3 business days.
How are payments handled?
By invoice: typically a deposit at contract and the balance around delivery, paid by bank transfer. No card details ever touch this site.
