Printing & Signage in Asia
Shipping print from home is the classic rookie mistake โ it arrives creased, late, or stuck in customs. Our local print workshops produce banners, backdrops, lightbox graphics, brochures, and bilingual business cards days before the show, with color-managed proofs and venue-compliant materials. Reprints and fixes happen overnight, not overseas.

Good to know
How late can I send final artwork?
Large-format graphics typically need 5โ7 working days from approved artwork to installed; brochures 3โ5 days; business cards 2โ3 days. We flag venue material requirements (fire-rated substrates at Japanese venues, for example) at the proof stage so compliance never surprises you at move-in.
Should our collateral be translated?
At minimum: a bilingual business card (essential etiquette in Japan and expected in China), and a one-page product summary in the local language. Full brochure translation depends on your buyer โ at Chinese trade fairs the decision-maker often reads Chinese first, while Singapore runs fine in English. We advise per show as part of the RFQ.
