Staffing & Interpreters in Asia

Professional bilingual booth staff who do more than stand and smile: interpreters who know your industry's vocabulary, promoters trained on your signup flow before the doors open, emcees who can hold a crowd, and booth managers who run the floor while you take meetings. We brief every team member on your product ahead of the show — training time is built into every quote.

Good to know

How are staff trained on our product before the show?

A briefing session is included in every booking — typically a 1–2 hour video call plus your materials, a week before the show. For lead-capture roles, we recommend a simple script and qualification checklist; our teams rehearse it. Staff who understand what qualifies a lead collect dramatically better contacts than staff handed a badge scanner at 9am.

What languages can booth staff cover?

English plus the local language is standard everywhere. In Shanghai and Shenzhen, Mandarin–English is the default with Cantonese available; Tokyo staff cover Japanese–English; Seoul covers Korean–English; Bangkok covers Thai–English with Mandarin as an add-on. Additional languages (German, French, Arabic) are available in major hubs with advance notice.

How far ahead should we book interpreters?

For major shows, 6–8 weeks ahead gets you the strongest interpreters — the best people book out early, especially in February (SEMICON Korea) and around large Tokyo and Shanghai shows. Last-minute bookings are possible but you'll choose from a thinner bench.
