The front door to exhibiting in Asia
Yatai Works started with a simple observation: a marketing team sent to exhibit at an Asian trade show has to find a booth builder on spammy directories, source merch blind, book staff through an agency a continent away, and hope nothing falls between them. We built the team that does it all instead.
ๅฑๅฐ โ yatai โ is the Japanese festival stall: small, beautifully run, drawing a crowd. ไบๅคช โ yร tร i โ is Chinese for Asia-Pacific. One word, both meanings: beautifully-run booths, anywhere in the region. That's the product.
Behind every project is our own project team plus local crews and workshops we vetted personally โ factory floors walked, portfolios verified, references called. When you send a request, the person answering has stood in these venues.
How we vet our crews and workshops
- โBusiness registration and physical premises confirmed
- โPortfolio authenticity checked against named shows and venues
- โReference calls with past exhibitor clients
- โEnglish-capable project management confirmed
- โFor production vendors: sample or factory quality review
Run by the founder
Every crew, every quote, and every project has one accountable human behind it. Single-owner oversight is not a limitation โ it's the quality bar.
Tell us about your show. We'll do the rest.
One request covers your booth, swag, staff, and styling โ answered by the team that will actually build and run it.
