Booth Design & Build in Asia

Custom stands built to entertain, not just exhibit: stage moments, interactive demos and games, LED drama, and photo-worthy builds people cross the hall for — engineered by our venue-approved local crews who know each venue's contractor rules, materials codes, and move-in windows. And it's end to end: we handle freight and customs, install overnight, run the floor with you, then dismantle and dispose of everything when the doors close. You arrive to a finished booth and fly home with the leads. Built for the camera as much as the crowd: creator meet-and-greets, livestream corners, and photo moments made to travel on TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and Instagram.

Good to know

How far in advance should I book a custom booth build in Asia?

For a custom raw-space build, 8–12 weeks before move-in is comfortable; 6 weeks is possible on an expedited schedule. Mainland Chinese venues (NECC, SNIEC, Shenzhen World) also require contractor approval and structural drawings roughly 30 days before the show, so the real deadline is earlier than most exhibitors expect. Shell-scheme upgrades can turn around in 3–4 weeks.

Do I have to use the venue's official contractor?

It depends on the venue and stand type. Shell-scheme booths usually come from the official contractor, but raw-space custom builds can use any approved contractor — which is where our independent build crews come into their own. Our crews hold current approvals at the venues we build in, and we confirm approval status for your venue in every quote.

Do I need an ATA Carnet for demo equipment?

For temporarily importing demo hardware into Japan, Korea, Singapore, Thailand, or Hong Kong, an ATA Carnet is usually the clean answer — equipment enters duty-free and must leave with you. Mainland China accepts Carnets for exhibitions with additional local requirements, which is precisely why a specialist broker on this side matters. Giveaway stock, which stays in-country, is a normal import and needs duty planning instead.

When should exhibition freight leave our warehouse?

Sea freight to Asia: roughly 6–8 weeks before move-in, plus production time. Air freight: 2–3 weeks. The binding deadline is the venue's advance-warehouse cutoff — miss it and you're squeezed into a tight direct-to-venue delivery window. Every logistics quote we issue includes the venue deadline calendar for your show.

Does booth decor really pay off at a trade show?

At Asian consumer and lifestyle expos especially, yes — booths designed as photo moments get shared on WeChat, LINE, and Instagram, which is organic reach no badge scan buys. For B2B shows, styling signals care and seniority: buyers read a considered booth as a considered company.
